Such a cute place on Grand Ave. Got the chance to talk to the owner Maria and she is so nice and working so hard to make The Villa super special. My burrito was so big I only ate half (lunch tomorrow!). my wife's taco was just the size she wanted. The flavors were right on. super good, fresh ingredients. We will be back! (note: we have been back several times- always great!

Really enjoyed eating here. I brought my family who also have the food and service good ratings. I had a grilled fish taco and a veggie taco. I felt they were a little small for the price. The fish taco has good flavor and sauces but the veggie taco was mostly sauce. Really needed more vegetables. There wasn't much in it. The place is very clean and modern. Is come here again perhaps to try some of their breakfast items (served all day).

We stopped for lunch on a Saturday. Be advised that at the moment there is major construction on the street in front and you will need to dodge barricades, but go anyway! This is a place where you order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. We gave service 5 stars although there really is not much to it. The atmosphere is very nice, everything is clean and new and enjoyable. However, the raison d'etre of a restaurant is the food and we found it very bland. For starters, the chips are great, well seasoned and hot, but not included. Get them anyway. There are a lot of burritos on the menu, but not really anything that you would call vegetarian. And the burrito especial was good, but unremarkable. We also had a a shredded beef tostada with rice and beans. The beans were extremely bland. The rice not much flavor either. I was surprised that the shredded beef also was very bland. You are given four hot sauces to try and only the next to hottest had a good flavor. The two mildest ones were very bland and not hot at all. Even the hottest, which we think was a habanero, was just spicy without much more flavor. We really try to support local businesses and so regret having to generously give this a 4 star rating. We hope they will take our comments to heart.

Sophia and Ryan helped me out when I was having some difficulty making it to the store front due to the traffic and road closures caused by an event. They were so sweet and made sure I got my order. I really appreciate them and the food/ Jamaica was sooooo delicious. Loved the salsas as well; they tast fresh and hace the perfect spice for me! can’t wait to come back and bring my family because the food is amazing.Thank you Ryan and Sophia.

Some of the best, most unique Mexican food around. Hands down the best carnitas burrito I’ve had! The staff are super friendly as well. We had a group of 12, 6 distinct orders. They kept coming out from behind the counter to offer free refills on drinks even though it’s not that type of place with a wait staff. The chips and guacamole were also amazing. The 4 types of salsa were readily available o. The tables and very fresh. Super airy, clean dining area. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Very good food, especially the chilaquiles, the service was great and staff were friendly, 10 out of 10 would recommend

I recently visited this new modern Mexican food spot and was thoroughly impressed! I ordered the carne asada and pollo adobada tacos, and they were not only a good size but also packed with flavor. They definitely don't skimp out on the meat, which made each bite satisfying. To top it off, I tried the churro, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for tasty Mexican food!

Had a lovely lunch here today! The restaurant was pristine, friendly service, and the tacos we had were great! Loved all of their vegetarian options and their prices were fair. The food was very fresh and full of flavor. We all agreed that the price point was great, especially for the high quality of the food. I would definitely recommend trying them out and I can’t wait to come back for breakfast very soon!!

Everything starts with the person taking your order. She was pleasant and accommodating. The place is clean, well lit, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The food was amazing. The chips are fresh and seasoned well. I had the breakfast burrito (Yes, for dinner!), my wife had the carne asada burrito, and my son had the quesadilla. We also ordered the chips and salsa. All of it was fantastic. Price was reasonable. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone. Family owned and they are working hard to make this place beautiful.

My husband Daniel and I have been wanting to come in and check out the Villa on Grand for a minute. I am so glad we finally made it out. We were welcomed immediately by the friendly staff and the overall esthetic was comforting. We ordered the Classic French Toast, Chilaquiles with red sauce; over medium egg and a Michelada! We were served the Churro French Toast and our eggs were over hard. The waitress asked if we wanted them to make us a Classic French Toast but we were satisfied with what we received and took it as an upgrade! That did not stop the amazing flavors that we received from both meals and we will absolutely return for a second visit. The staff were incredibly nice and definitely love serving the community and that is what matters! If you have not made it out to try this wonderful Mexican cuisine please do yourself a favor and just do it! You won’t be disappointed.
